On the other hand, if my boss approves me, then I will offer Kay more salary than her previous one, as Kay Smith is one of the top-performing subordinates. On the other hand it will be an impressive decision, if there is a little time in Kays hand before giving resignation, and then it will be beneficial if we can arrange a training session for that candidate who is the son of the good friend of my boss. Under this training period that new candidate can learn so many things about the organizational behavior and business processes those have been conducted so forth by Kay in her respective position (Greenwood, 2015). 2. Marty Joses situation by following the context Do your best and give them every support possible Firstly I will go for the overall budget plan and will prepare a plan depending upon the reports generated by internal auditor. It is required to understand the requirements for a representative, who will be going to represent her organization as the head of the community development committee. The meetings with the local civic may require a nice venue with the all the facilities and operational and functional requirements and all of those are needs to be represented in front of Marty, in a written format. It is required for me to have a clear thought on the requirements to cover the event of meeting all the civic people in the community and give every kind of support to the community people (Lee, 2015). I need to review the expense structure in such a way that the overall budget structure can please Marty as she did not want to those civic people or the business leaders to spend on d inner as well as for the advertising. Due to the cut off in budget for the elimination of the costing on the entertainment, it is required for me to represent such an efficient strategy that can convince Marty to let the community development committee can pay the pay the bill to an advertising budget without a loss. To plan something cost effective, it can be beneficial to arrange this get together conducting a rich conference using internet that can eliminate entertainment budget from the both end, even dinner plan which have taken several hundred dollars can also be eliminated (Shafer, 2013).
